Book & Chapter Review Policy

All submissions undergo a thorough double-blind peer review process, typically completed within two weeks of submission. Once accepted, papers cannot be retracted under any circumstances.

Simultaneous submission to multiple journals or platforms is strongly discouraged. Authors are advised to await the outcome of the review before considering further submissions elsewhere.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation. For international orders, delivery may take up to 30 days, especially during peak seasons or festivals.

In the event a product is lost during transit, it will be resent at no additional cost. However, we do not hold responsibility for delays or non-delivery beyond our control. All shipments are dispatched via India Post’s Registered Parcel Service.

Jurisdiction

All terms and policies are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

Refund and Return Policy

All publication sales are final. Refunds are only applicable in the event of a damaged or defective product, which must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a replacement to be arranged.

In cases of overpayment or incorrect deposit, refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving a formal notification from the concerned individual.

Book & Chapter Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy

Once a book or chapter is accepted, it becomes a permanent contribution to the academic record and cannot be withdrawn under normal circumstances.
